  • Life experiences, including what you would like to achieve from the training programmes/events that we offer and feedback relating to past experiences with similar training/events

We may also collect certain types of Special Categories of Data about you, mainly through our questionnaires and assessment forms.  Please note that you are not obliged to provide us with this information, the reason as to why we may ask for it on our questionnaires and assessment forms is to make your training experience personally tailored and better for you. By submitting this information on our questionnaires and assessment forms you are providing explicit consent for us to process the Special Categories of Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also collect information from you that is sent by your browser to our website such as data automatically collected regarding your visits to our Site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other data including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.

We collect information from you by you filling in forms on our Site including but not limited to our questionnaires and assessment forms, or corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. Overseas transfers and storage of your Personal Data

Glossary

Comply with a legal or regulatory obligation: means processing your Personal Data where it is necessary for compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation that we are subject to.

EEA: The EEA currently includes all European Union member states and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

Legitimate Interest: means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your Personal Data for our legitimate interests. We do not use your Personal Data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law).
